IRIN Africa | West Africa | TOGO | TOGO: ‘Condoms are good, but abstinence is better’ PSI has a new pro-abstinence campaign in Togo, apparently. It looks like it’s getting off to a slow start, but PSI is so solid I bet it’ll rapidly improve.
