		<description>My husband and I also gave a monetary donation to Partners in Health as we are long time fans of Dr. Farmers work.  However, I had some concern that you are promoting the idea that goods are useless when the Haitian embassy in DC is calling for goods to be donated.

Your blog at William Easterly site caught my attention but I think it&#039;s a bit of a misguided notion, perhaps instead a warning of caution to be careful with goods donation.  But when directed to the correct source can be temporarily beneficial in times of disaster.</description>

		<description>In case of Haiti, the primary producers of amenities are wrecked as well. What I&#039;d like to know is how my 10$ will be allocated or distributed. And wont there be a demand-supply economics situation.
