TAJIKISTAN: On Tuesday, heavy flooding destroyed more than 170 homes in several Tajik villages. There were no casualties. The most serious flooding occurred in the Yavansky district, where the rains have damaged roads. The floods have also destroyed at least 2,500 acres of grain crops.
